welcome you in their house, situated in the medieval village of Milhac in Bouriane, between Quercy and Périgord: you will
be enchanted by this former farm house, rehabilitated, typical of the area, which largely displays the local yellow stone.
Besides comfortable guest rooms (3 wheat ears according to Gîtes de France ranking), you can enjoy the peaceful relaxation on the terrace near the swimming pool which, thanks to its favourable location, is always sunny. You are, of course, welcomed to use it.

If our village is isolated and quiet, it is nonetheless ideally situated in the heart of the most famous sites of Quercy and Périgord. To mention just a few: the caves of Cougnac, Lascaux illustrate prehistory, Padirac geological wonders, Rocamadour religious fervour; the past comes to life in the meandering narrow streets of Sarlat and Gourdon, the military architecture of Castelnaud and Fénelon is a reminder of the harsh living conditions of medieval life.
Lots more curiosities, as awesome or more modest but always so enriching, will keep you busy day after day. And you will enjoy all the more the coolness of the swimming pool on your return!
Walkers, don’t forget your shoes! From our village, and as soon as you pass our gate, you have at your disposal a great number of hike paths, and a rock climbing site is just a few hundred meters away.
The guest rooms
We offer you the choice of 3 rooms, each of them decorated according to a particular time period in agricultural life: sowing time, harvest time, vintage season. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and wash basin as well as separate toilet; an extra bed can be added if needed.

You will find on the first floor a sunny and warm room called “Harvest”; it is equipped with a double bed. More pictures.

The second guest room, “Vintage”, is on the second floor. It is a room with autumnal colors that has 2 single beds. More pictures.

The last guest room, called “Sowing time”, occupies half a floor on its own: you will certainly appreciate its spring freshness when it is hot outside. It is equipped with a double bed. More pictures.
